WHAT HYPNO BIRTHING PARENTS SAY

"Hi Jo, I gave birth to Daniel on Friday. It was a really good experience. I went into labour at half seven, really fast, and we had to go into hospital by half eight. We managed to use the birthing pool and he was born at 11pm. I only had a bit of gas and air. It was so fast, and I really dont think it really hurt at all, it was just uncomfortable. The breathing you taught me really helped and I felt in control the whole time. I didnt even need any stiches this time.
I cant thank you enough for your help.

Thank you again - Debbie"
